How to grow sunflower microgreens

Step-by-step guide

   Soak seeds in cool water for 8–12 hours, then drain.

   Spread evenly on a moist growing mat inside the tray.

   Cover with a blackout lid for 3–4 days, misting once daily.

   Uncover when shoots reach 3 cm — move to bright indirect light.

   Harvest at 8–12 cm by cutting just above the mat with scissors.
